Ideas for a Mermaid Tea

My friends dd has asked for a mermaid tea for her birthday. Do any of you creative people have any wonderful ideas on what she could serve?

I think Sea Jellies are on the menu but she's stumped for other foodie ideas!

Thanks

sarnies or biscuits cut into shape of shells (scallop-type ones)? I'm sure there must be cutters or whetever you call them in that shape somewhere - or if not, sarnies/biscuits cut into simple fishy shapes?

er.... I'll have a think and get back to you!

rock cakes?

and could you use those fruit leather things in green as seaweed on the plates?

yoghurt covered raisins as pearls in shell-shaped biscuits?
