fancy dress work xmas do

i LOVE fancy dress but am struggling to get an idea for my work christmas do this year.

theme: music through the decades

a group of my colleagues are going as the spice girls, but being on may leave i haven't been included in this (though id make a great posh!!!)

i have dark shoulder length hair, and would rather not wear a wig.

any ideas ladies? my previous thoughts have been:

Cheryl cole (red military jacket)
Britney Spears (but she seems a bit been there done that)
Madonna (though i haven't really got the figure for a leotard!)
