1st Birthday Party - Games for babies?!

Hi

My dd's first birthday is coming up and we're having a halloween theme.

There'll be about 7 other babies a couple of toddlers, 3 under 10 and 4 teens plus other parents and grandparents and friends etc.

It's not going to be too intense but I'd like to do some games for the little ones and something for the under 10s as well.

I'm thinking pass the parcel for the babies (with a little help!) and bob apple, wormy jelly etc for the bigger kids.

Any other ideas gratefully received!!!

Thanks

We didn't do games with 1 year olds but instead had singing, clapping and 'percussion' instruments. And stories from big 'pre-school' sized books.

We tried pass-the-parcel with 2yo. It wasn't very successful! My eldest is now 5 and it is still the game that requires the most parental intervention! However, you could usefully employ the teenagers to help out here!
