get helium to blow up 30 balloons this afternoon completely forgot this when planning birthday party. We have the ballons already.

Party supplies shops - look in the yellow pages/online and phone around your local ones

Fancy dress hire shop?
Card shop / florist that sells foil balloons might let yiu use thiers?
HSS hire type shops?

Try big supermarkets-I ordered ours online (and paid delivery) only to find it in our local Asda AND Tesco a couple of days later....

To be fair, they were the big superstores, but it was of a comparable price to the online ones!
