Lego for 10 year old boy?

I've been asked to buy lego for a 10 yr old boy's party. DS has never been into lego so I'm a bit stumped after trawling through amazon as there's so many to choose from. Can anyone suggest a good set please? £15 max

Monster fighters or Chima should go down well - particularly Chima as it's new and he may well have a lot of the other stuff already.
