Ds is 1 next week we have loads of family and friends coming and about 6 little baby friends. I'm worrried about everyone being entertained including the adults. Should we do games or just keep it unstructured?! Any other hints or tips much appreciated!

we did the same for my ds's first. Put food on and then let people do there own thing. kids entertained adults and themseves with their toys. worked really well and not too stressful. best mate did the same thing before us. she did a whole day drop in and found it a bit much. we took her advice and did 2 hours and didn't seem stressful at all.

hope you have a fantastic time whater you do x

I wouldn't do organised games, you could do bubbles at some point for the babies, but otherwise just keep it low key, otherwise once you have expectations that they will join in, or keep quiet while you do games, they probably won't, then you will feel more stressed. Bucket and spade set from poundstore are great for 'party bag' if you are bothering - at that age though the only person who will care is you!
