No idea if I'm posting in the right place.... On the rare occasion I've had a period ive not been able to wear tampons as it's been very uncomfortable and I've always preferred pads. I'm thinking of enrolling ds onto baby swimming lessons. What does everyone else do about swimming when on their period?!?! Sods law I will sign up and my periods will become regular (like more often than one a year as they used to be!!!!)

Mine is quite light so can just go in. We have missed a lesson due to being away and have been able to reschedule. Would check with the person who runs yours is this is possible on a regular basis.
