Anyone have any of the buggy seats etc that they could recommend.

DD will be 22mts when DC2 is born and ideally would prefer not to have to buy a double buggy although will If i need to.

Anyone else used a board/seat with young toodler? I worry about DD standing on the board if shes tired as shes likely to kick off.
She quite a good walker but not for long periods and rather slow!

When's DC2 due? Take into account the season as well as her age/ability. Pretty miserable to be stood on a buggyboard in the Winter.

Oh I was just looking at a very similar thread - think it's in pushchairs...

I'm in the same position as OP and am baffled as to what will suit us (DD hates pushchair as it is, so I don't want to spend loads)

I'm thinking a sling for newborn for the first bit (and DD can stick with single stroller), then maybe a smorph - she's a bit too small for a buggyboard.

Will watch with interest!

IMO buy a double pushchair.
Buggyboards and the like only really work with children older than 2.

I've got a phil&teds and don't regret getting it. It's great for all-day outings. And when baby is in the sling you can use the space at the back as shopping basket. This will be the only time you can actually buy all your nappies in one trip to the supermarket.

But I also use my 'rearward facing push chair & buggy board', as well as the 'sling plus maclaren' combination. (Yes, I have 3 buggies and our hallway is FULL.)

My kids are 1 and 3 years old.
