it will probably get easier as they get older. I have an 18 month gap between ds1 and twins ds2&3 - the twins are nore a bit over 2 and it is much easier than when they were little. Increasingly they are at similar stages.

you would be mad to go through that again ! You had more than your fair share anyway. Enjoy your "irish twins"

I cant wait till they start playing togther. At the moment ds1 lives in his own world, hardly gives any attention to ds2 who keep smiling at him. Also never let him play with his toys even for a second.

oh bless. i bet ds1 just doesnt know 'what the point' of ds2 is yet!!! LOL as soon as ds2 is more interactive im sure ds1 will love him.

i live in sheering, herts/essex border. what bout u?

Whenever ds2 burps or sneezes, ds1 takes notice of him as if thinking he sounds like a human being.

I live very far from you in south east london.

I have 2 children 11 months apart - they are now 8 and 9 and get on brilliantly most of the time. The older one is a sole surviving twin, and also nearly died of a chest infection so I'm not too sure how her brther appeared! They also have an older sister who wasn't 2 when dd2 was born so I had 3 under 3 and a husband abroad.
Baby no 4 seems a breeze in comparison even though I'm older now - there's a seven year gap.
