When is it a big no no for your child to catch you having sex?

Right Ive bit the bullet and asked the question Ive been too embarrased to ask anyone else!
My 2.5yr old walked in on me and my other half having sex the other day. We were totally covered by the duvet, so nothing was seen. I was totally mortified, but pretended we were just having a cuddle, got out of bed (this was first thing in morning) and started the day. My other half thinks Im silly for being so embarrased, as she wont have the faintest idea. So I guess Im asking what you all think?

I think nearly everyone has walked in on their parents at some point (usually at an age they can remember and tell their friends about and then all go "eurgh gross!"

I think so long as you don't make it a problem it won't be. Whatever age.

Not saying you should perform to an audience (eek) just not panic if it does happen

I would agree with you other half. There is no way your 2.5 yr old understood what was going on. Chill about it.

Don't worry- I did it when I was 7- I survived and I didn't really understand what was happening so at 2 she won 't have a clue!
