Hi all. My daughter Tiana was born with 2 heart defects and has had 3 operations at Great
Ormond Street Hospital so far and will need more surgery as she grows. I have entered a Tiana into a competition called Uk's Happiest Babies as despite everything she has been through she always has a smile on her face and she is only 16 months old.
