So come and tell me how lovely they are

My 11mo dd will be using it and in may so will the little newborn. Am very very very excited about it as I have been after one in my price range for ages, this one is an e3 and with all the kit I need came to £190!!!

That is an absolute bargain, well done! Got mine on ebay last year after letting about 15 go on to silly prices. They are fab and like Meglet, v smug in the snow! Be prepared for people to look a bit surprised if you go out with the baby in the back and the toddler walking and chuck all your stuff on the front seat - people wonder what you've done with the baby!

i have an e3 p&t sitting in the cupboard. was thinking of giving it away... no idea it would be worth that much. it has all the accessories and everything !

Lol well mine was a bit of a bargain you could probably fetch a bit more than that. This one comes with everything but there are ones on there with nothing extra for £200 and people bidding.

I just picked mine up

It's filthy though which I'm a bit dissapointed about it should come good with a scrub. I just wanted to use it straight away

It's not amazing condition but it was £150 without the cocoon so not bad at all. Just need to buy some pannier bags for it now.

im amazed, mine has two panniers, rain cover, cocoon. in good condition although bottom shopping bag is very worn where I've put too much shopping in.

wonder how much i'll get for it...

Manky is it a vibe or a sport or the E3? What colour is it? where do you live, are they really that good?

Report
mankymummy · 22/02/2009 17:36

its the sport and its grey.

i really loved mine, especially the paniers on the side. the only thing that was crap was the shopping panier at the bottom that just would scrape along the floor if you put anything heavy in it... hence the damage.

im in brighton.

oh no sorry its the E3 ! i think...!

Report
purpleflower · 22/02/2009 17:42

The sports go for a lot more than the E3s as they are newer.

I'll have your pannier bags if you don't want them

I need a hood for our old E3 if anyone has one for sale! We were given it by a friend but they had lost the hood.

Best thing I ever bought for the DCs.

Purpleflower - stick the whole lot in the machine (frame excepted . I did it with mine, and it worked wonders...

PS I hate our E3 because it is so hard to fold - probably because it is so old, but I have tried greasing the fold mechanism and everything and it is still really stiff and heavy - have ended up in tears in the carpark before now trying to shut the darn thing! Just a word of warning if anyone is looking on eBay for old E3s....
Am now looking for newer off-road buggy!

I don't know about Toy Story 2, but I may have to investigate it if it's better than a P&Ts!!

Wish I'd seen that earlier Dottoressa. I had it in the bath and scrubbed it (without the frame) I didn't want to risk it in the machine as I messed up my old pushchair doing that The velcro caught on it all and left it looking ugly. The E3 has come up really nice though, it's almost dry so hopefully I will be abe to take it for a test run this afternoon.

I was only joking about the panniers mankymum. It might be worth listing them seperately though. The P&Ts without them are going for almost the same money as with and the panniers are going for around £20-£30 for the pair seperately. I hope you get a good amount for it
