What words do you use instead of "F'ing hell!" when you are really p'd off?

HAve come to realise that I REALLY need to curb the old swearing - don't do it that often but haivng my first period in nearly two years (recently stopped bfing 9mth old DS2), have been swearing recently due to PMT! This morning, 3 yr old DS1 said he couldn't get his f'ing shoes on! So, sometimes we all need to curse, but what can I say instead of fing hell? It has to be something clean, but effective for releasing the tension!

funnily enough I use 'in the name of holymoly'
honestly . I do.

DD aged 5 mostly uses bollocks. Hence the addition of holymoly in recent months

I struggle with this - there's just nothing as satisfying as a good for fucks sake.

Although someone did suggest fuzzcakes on here recently which is quite good.

Hard one, I do love to swear.

In dire situations I tend to go 'OHFFFFFARRGGHHHHHHHH' and get a puzzled look from the dds....

I have been known to lapse and shout 'oh bloody hell' on occasion, to dd1's joy, because then she can say 'mummy we mustn't say bloody hell, must we!' in ed tones.

I also say 'Sugar!' loads instead of 'Shit' (my mum used to do the same and I thought it was so lame lol)

I am fond of 'blood and sand'. Dunno why really. Looks a bit ridiculous when typed out. Also like 'oh fudge and biscuits'.

Arse biscuits is an option.
Not sure how keen you are on your dc using the word arse!.

"fudging well" is an alternative to the more traditional saying. However small person translation could still result in disaproving looks
