God I hate being ill when you've got 3 under 5 to look after-sniff!!!!

Was up all night throwing up,all 3 are at pre-school this am,dp had a really important course he's been waiting ages to go on so won't be back until late.

Have to go and pick the dc up at 1.00 if I can stagger down the road without throwing up.

Then what do I do with them????????

And what can I eat this am that might give me a miraculous recovery by 1.00?????

How old are they? Is there no one else who could come round and watch them? Or stick a dvd on and have a cinema afternoon. My ds1 is 3.5 and will watch a film nearly all the way through. ds2 will watch a bit - he is 18 months. You could treat to popcorn, snacks as a one off.

4,4 and 3, I think it'll be a Ceebbies and DVD marathon session. Have Ruby and Max on DVD somewhere,nice and quiet.

Feel so guilty it's a beautiful day,had to cancel ballet for dd and won't be able to take them all to the park either. This has got to be one of the worse aspects of being a SAHM-yuk!!!!!

I hate that part too. Until ds2 was 1 I worked full time and the only thing I miss is having sick days to myself.

Oh much better thanks . Kind of you to remember. Was a 24 hour bug thing I think,definately put me off having anymore dc,brought back hideous memories of morning sickness.

Managed to drag myself down the road for pick up,even made it to the park(hunched up on a bench)had the theory that the more energy they ran off the better for me.

Came back for a tv marathon then mum took pity on me,picked them up after she'd finished work and fed them

Just waiting for the massive chunder ocean that is definately heading my way when they all get it
