I wouldn't do more than one 'milestone' thing at a time, but i couldn't say which one you should do first!

We did big bed (although she uses the potty now and then).

Big bed. I'm leaving potty training up to them. Call it baby led potty training!

I did bed, as dd was climbing out of the cot and it was getting a bit dangerous.

bed. If they are potty trained and trapped in a cot they may pee all over the mattress or put their penis through the bars and flood the room. Or maybe thats just my family.

Mine got rid of their nappies before they were ready to leave their much loved cots.

I second what teakettle says - definitely bed first. You don't want a potty trained toddler in a cot they can't get out of when they need a wee - do you?

baby led potty training - I love it - sounds very modern and intentional..... I think we will being doing that one day ... at least I hope so. Mummy led has not gone well.

Bed first for us by probably about a year now so far - in fact it was also baby led big boy bed move because there was a bed in his room as well as a cot and he suddenly wanted to sleep in it.

We had big bed and then potty training too, but then he was in a bed at 13 months as he HATED his cot.

pmsl teakettle. think i will try the bed first then as like others the mummy led potty training has not been going well.

DS is 2 + 6 months, am I late with both big bed and potty training?! [feeling inadequate emoticon]
