So, what is it really like when 1 becomes 2 ?

I am 38 weeks pregnant with my second baby (lovely DS is 2.11) and I have just started to panic that I won't cope. All my friends with two or more children keep smiling sagely at me and telling me that I won't realise how easy it is having one until the next comes along - I DON'T find it easy!! I am most concerned that I wll turn into a sleep deprived hell witch and be grumpy with DS.
So come on spill and tell a poor, fat, panicing, pregnant woman with hormones and heartburn what her life is going to be like in a couple of weeks................

Seems to me that if you didn't find it easy with one you will be pleasantly surprised with two. That is just my observation but those that had it easy first time round generally have a hell of a shock when they have two.

Yes it is more work but you life has already made the shift from no children to having them so the biggest shift in lifestyle has already been made.

You will be fine. You may well be a sleep deprived hell witch for a while but you will get through it and a few months from now you will be one of those who can smile sagely.

Good luck.
