bump

also if there are any dentists around, any idea why ds look filthy after about 10 hours from brushing them, he develops quite a heavy visible layer of plaque (sp) he brushes them well and they look fine once brushed, could it be he is not producing enough saliva? I always forget to ask the dentist when he goes.

perhaps his mouth is a bit sore at the moment too? Not sure what the answer is, hope this'll bump it for you so someone better qualified or who's had similar experience can comment.
I'd a) make sure he has a drink of water everytime he eats something
b) make sure he only drinks/eats tooth friendly stuff (until he will brush again, might just spur him on anyway
c) make an appointment with the dentist/hygienist to discuss.
