How can I make dd look like a horse?

DD has been given the part of a horse in a play. When I asked about what she should wear, I was told 'don't go to alot of trouble, but please do what you can to give the impression that she is a horse'.

Any ideas or suggestions? And please nothing time consuming or complicated because I don't have a sewing machine and we're moving house in 10 days....

I should clarify and say that the audience will consist of around a dozen parents....so it's really not a big deal. I just can't think what would suffice.

Hmmmm - the head is trickiest part !

dress her in a horsey colour - brown maybe and make her some hoofs out of black paper, just make cuffs that sit over her shoes and sellotape them on !

Does she have long hair ? Could you do lots of little pony tails down the back to look like a mane ? and she will need a big swishy tail !

Get her to say Neigh a lot and Gallop and she should be quite convincing !

I ama ssuming she is pretty young - this claerly will not work for 15 yr old !

LOL - have you been on the wine, or just spending too much time around children? That sounds like a joke that would be on the side of a yoghurt tube...

It's a shame I threw away my brace with head gear.

My brother used to whinny and neigh when I had to put it on.

Could you visit an orthodontist and ask them to fit her with a bridle like brace?
