As you know DS1 has cf and what with all the dr's appointments and hosp wisits it ha really taken a toll on the little guy's confidence, so dp and i were thinking of taking him to some sort of club where dp or i could take him and spend some quality time with him while the other one of us has DS2, were hoping it may raise his confidenc and give him something he can enjoy and ook forward to.

It has to be something that with give him gental excersise but not to much as he gets out of breath easily. I don't want anything violent like karate.
He is 2.8, any ideas?

My DD went to Musical Teapots when she was about that age, which is ideal for that age, but I think they are only local to us in Hertfordshire. You could see if there is something local to you.

Lots of nursery rhymes, shaking and banging instruments with full involvement of both child and parents.
