Ideas to entertain 1 & 6 year old DDs?

At the moment I'm struggling to find anything that will keep both DD1 (6.5) and DD2 (nearly 1) entertained at the same time. Luckily DD2 is quite happy to do her own thing a lot of the time, but sometimes when she wants attention or just wants to join in with whatever DD1 is doing (usually some sort of intricate colouring or beading) I just can't seem to find a way to keep them both happy. The park usually works, but with winter coming that's not always an option. Any other ideas?!
