Odd question. My eldest gave his brother a bunny the day he was born. It's vanished. I've turned the place upside down and it's nowhere. I'm worried it got caught up in the last haul for the charity shop. Ds2 has been crying every night, and tonight I sat down and cried too as I'm sure it's me who's lost it (I'm also 31 weeks pg and just found out that my cousin's baby was born sleeping, so unusually emotional).
If I can find him a new one (and I can't at the moment), does it still count as the teddy his brother gave him when he was born? I'm agonising over this. I'm sure it doesn't and I will always be the mother who chucked his bunny from the day he was born
