Need some creative ideas from artistic or poetic mums please!

So my 22 month old twins are moving out of the under 2s room into the preschool room at their nursery, next week as they are more than ready and keen to get in there! One of them will be keeping her key worker as she's also moving over but the other is leaving hers behind. Although she'll still get to see her around the place she has been assigned a new key worker and I plan to get a gift for her current one. I also want to do cards for both of their key workers and this is where I need some help, artistically!

So for the girl staying with her key worker I wanted to make a card with her hand prints saying something along the lines of "thank you for coming with me" and for the key worker my other girl is leaving I wanted to do foot prints saying something about "leaving and moving up" or something to do with having learned lots and walking towards bigger steps or taking bigger steps

I'm just rubbish at putting these ideas into words!!! Any and all ideas gratefully received
