Help! Anger Management

We have a 14 (nearly 15) yr old, who seems to have gotten more and more angry. We have tried several ways of trying to stop it, but it's now getting to the point where she is leaving her siblings with scars etc. and her behaviour is starting to rub off onto the younger ones.

Any ideas?!

Hi. We saw a psychologist for our young daughter who gave us some information that was aimed more towards older children. PM me if you like me to email you the docs. She advised us to set rules in our house re clean anger / dirty anger (stick with me!). For instance, it is ok to feel angry (clean anger) & talking about it but hitting is not ok (dirty anger)...it's all about learning how to control our emotions. Good luck....it's hard!!
