For example: wouldn't it be great if he ate some vegetables? (About DS, 2.5)?

Hollow laughter.

I think I slept too long last night!
I'm ready to leave. I just need my keys and money.
I never allow food in my car?
Why on earth don't the parents deal with the tantrum?
My job is the most tiring in the world.

Why is that toddler lying on the floor crying?

It can't be that hard to lose the baby weight, your DH could look after baby and you go to the gym. Easy!

Mmm, this lie in is fab... shall we have a relaxing cup of tea in bed, then maybe a leisurely breakfast? I'll read the papers while you research via google for your new laptop. What do you want to do later?

I'm thinking of getting a cream carpet/cashmere throw/glass coffee table/crystal lamp...... etc.

"They'll fit into our lives."
This was said by a childless poster on MN a little while ago. I did a Boycie laugh. I'm laughing again just thinking about it.Grin

"aren't you supposed to make as much noise as possible when they are asleep?"

Oh Yes, what a fanfuckingtastic idea. DD has not slept through the night for 18 months, so of course when she has a 10 min nap in the day, the first thing I do is bang fucking saucepans together Hmm

Arghhhhhhhhh
