Do you DF? What's your routine?

I used to when DS was under one. Bed at 8 - then dream feed at about 11, which would take him through to 3/4 when very little and 6/7 when closer to one.

I stopped when teeth came through as I was worried about the milk sitting on the teeth all night - apparently it can cause decay.

I dream feed at 10.30 but once baby goes in his own room Im going to drop it and let him get his natural rhythm. Fingers crossed!

Thanks, everything is so contradictive! I have been putting my 16 week old to bed at 5.45 after a feed, dream feeding at 11 n then she would wake 3.30 -4 ish and keep stirring until I'd get up and take her down stairs at 6.

I've been wondering if the dream feed was helping or not but scared to try dropping it, I went for it last night and she slept 12 hours!

Great feeling!
Mine both slept 7-7 from around 12 weeks.
DS got the hungries from about 17 weeks and was often awake from 5 for a couple of years.
