how often does your 3 year old watch TV / Youtube / Netflix / feature films?

I'm probably overthinking this but am just curious as DS (3) didn't watch any TV bar the odd Peppa Pig episode on DVD and only once he was a bit over 2. I never used to put CBeebies on as we never really had time anyway and he'd rather play. (No younger siblings, I'm not pregnant and he used to still nap most days until about 2.5). But since we got Netflix a few months ago and there's almost everything you can think of on there he's watching more - an episode or two of Fireman Sam first thing in the morning, or a few Peppa Pigs, or a Topsy and Tim; a Peppa Pig or Toot or two at lunchtime and occasionally a couple of Peppa Pigs or something about 10-mins long while I make his tea. Is this too much?

He seems to genuinely enjoy what he sees, sometimes laughs out loud (cute!) and talks about and recreates what he watches. And he still plays lots with toys, we go out lots to the park, classes, soft play etc and he likes to be read to and do jigsaws too.

Other mums I chat to talk about their kids liking shows I've never heard of and of them having watched loads of kids films too: Paddington, Despicable Me, Minions, Frozen etc. DS saw Frozen once at nursery as a Christmas treat but I've not idea if he paid much attention. And I've no idea if he'd evenr sit through a film. I feel guilty about him missing out though. Should I let him watch films too or is that just 'needs must' or lazy parenting?

Ds just 3 - hasn't seen frozen - watches one or two episodes of a few CBeebies thing every few days - when I'm in shower if he is awake and dp isn't around. He also will watch the odd 'song' on you tube wheels on the bus type stuff.
I read some study that 20 mins a day was appropriate at 2 and we break that occasionally but other days he has none.

Mine watch loads, but no one cares if your kid does or not. It doesn't matter.

My dd1 (7) isn't interested and would rather be skipping or on trampoline cannot remember the last film she watched all the way through. However my dd2 (4) has probably seen every age appropriate film series on netflix. Embarrassingly pointed out by my mil, who was looking after them and they told her we seen all these films, mil had only recently got Netflix and was excited to show them all the films Blush ! Irronically she has far better concentration than her big sis!

My son watches DVDs, TV, Youtube and now has Netflix. I don't watch TV so it doesn't bother me, he sometimes sits and watches or plays with his toys at the same time. I think it's more me, I don't like quiet, and need background noise. He's learned songs from Youtube though :)

Mine used to watch a lot, but has randomly gone off it recently. But when she was watching it, she'd probably watch 1-2 hours a day in shorter shows.

My 4.5 yo will watch as little as 20 minutes on a nursery day or as much as 2 hours on a lazy stay-at-home weekend day. I would say 8 hours a week is typical. Occasionally a movie on a rainy weekend too. I don't think this is excessive. However, it is never on in the background, he does not use YouTube and will sit down to watch one programme and then it goes off.

DS (3 yo) is watching more TV since the arrival of his little sister 6 months ago. Ranges from 0 - 2 hours daily depending on what else is happening / weather / if he's sick / etc.

It is never on in the background - as soon as he gets bored and starts playing with his toys, I turn it off. He generally gets bored after about 30 mins, can't imagine he would last through a feature film, so haven't tried. We don't have Netflix. He might watch the odd YouTube video every couple of weeks.
