Hi there,

I am wanting to open a savings account for the children but am bamboozled.

I've just seen the advert for Go Henry. Any thoughts? I don't want anything too serious - just something fun and somewhere for them to put their birthday money.

Any thoughts would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

I opened my children's bank accounts with Natwest. I bank with them so found it easy to transfer money to the accounts etc. If you do online banking the accounts are linked to your logon too. They also give the children a pig money box to encourage them to save.
Most banks do this now so might b worth seeing what ur bank do (if u don't bank with natwest)
Very easy to open too. Just needed to fill out a quick online form then next time I went into the bank I had to show the children's birth certificates.
