How do you manage this?

PMS mood swings around dp and sometimes small children. The time of the month can be so shitty here, the blood loss isn't bad but wow the mood swings. I'm sick of the rows

We try not to have the disagreements infringing the children but anything is an argument today. Everything. Then things are said that aren't really meant.

It's childish and so stupid.

I was having the same thoughts yesterday as I was totally unreasonable with DH and having scarily angry thoughts when dd aged 1 did typical baby things which I am usually indulgent and patient about.
