waking in the night

my 10 week old ds keeps wriggling to the top of his cot and waking himself up hen he bangs his head. is there anyway i can stop him from doing this?

The short answer I fear is no. But I don't remember the stage lasting long with ds. Is he in a grobag - I think this make wiggling up more difficult.

yes hes in a grobag - have to hope he stops having all these climbing dreams lol

Hia, my ds is in a grobag as well and we tuck the end of it under the mattress to stop him wriggling around too much. hth
