Tantrums, hitting, food and highchair refusal? Please tell me it ends some day?

Yes, when they leave home Wink

Seriously, 3 has been a lot easier than 2, even though they have more words and more attitude, we have a lot less tantrums.
It will get easier, the tantrums ease off eventually, but it think you get used to them before that and they become an every day thing that you just deal with.

Yes. My 17 month old had her first a few weeks ago. You will get used to dealing with it and find your own strategies that help with your child. My just turned three year old still has screaming lying on the floor kicking and rolling about tantrums, it's like the exorcist in our house sometimes. Whereas my five year old has whingeing fits and frustrated shouting episodes but no tantrums anymore.

Ds started tantrums at 16mo. Full on rolling around the floor screaming and crying. The good news is though even now at 18 months its still pretty easy to distract him out of it- not sure how much longer that will last!
