And is unusual that my 4.5 month old still naps on me or in pram/car as Sometimes seems easier option.

Not unusual - DS napped on me all the time although with DD (DC2) it's a luxury I don't have time for so she sleeps in her cot!

She's 4 months and has 2-3 naps a day - short one in morning, a long lunch time one and then sometimes a little early evening one. She'll also nod off in car/pram sometimes.

I sort of just got to this point where she still sleeps on me! I think it's not good for her maybe? If she can't nap on her own, don't really have to much problem really at nights. I would like her nap time to her stuff done but whenever I put her down she plays, maybe I have to leave her longer to see if she eventually will sleep

DD is a week off 6 months and is napping on my now. She sleeps like a dream at night so I enjoy the cuddles during the day. Sometimes I can put her down but she doesn't sleep as well if I do.

We don't really have a routine but she tends to nap mid morning, early afternoon and again before tea.

I just make sure I'm set up on the sofa with the remote and a snack Wink

I'm sure it'll be different with the next one!

My 4.5 month old has 3-4 naps, but generally only 45mins (at best). Morning, lunch time, early afternoon and late afternoon.

Best napping spots are the pram, car or my arms (preferably with boon in her mouth).

Sleeps great at night so I'm bit stressing too much. And I try to ignore the other Mums I know whose babies have three hours sleeps, in their cots, and fall asleep by themselves...

Did a thread on this recently as every woman I know is putting their babies into their cots to sleep for hours in the day. DS is 16 weeks and sleeps on me or in the pram during the day. Goes absolutely ape shit if left in his cot alone! He sometimes has 1 really long nap(2-3 hours) or up to 3 short naps. No routine during the day but sleeps through the night so I'm not complaining!

My dd had 3 at that age, usually 45mins to an hour but one might be a bit longer. Early bedtime too

About 3 naps - mid morning, after lunch and quite late, about 5ish. He sleeps in his cot. Dd never slept in her cot in the day and so was determined not to have that this time round as I used to have to creep around her buggy trying not to wake her (tiny house so nowhere to park the buggy out of the way!). Neither of mine have ever napped on me which is a shame as it must be nice!
