3 kids 3&under tips?!

I am due with dc3 in 11.5 weeks, by that point dd1 will be 3 and 3 months, dd2 will be 20months. I parenting those two alone for the first 5 months due to dp being away and I had challenging times but not as worrying as people said with te "oh your mad, you're going to have your hands full" grrrr

Any tips or handy notes on parenting three with these ages?

Dd1 does one day a week preschool at the minute but may have a space every morning in jan. We do playgroups three times a week, always have really. Went to playgroup with them both two days after giving birth. It's our norm. Lol

Any home tips too?
