My 6 and half month old only enjoys his bottle if he's tired

My 6 and half month old seems to only enjoy his bottles if he's tired if he's not tired he would fuss through it or not have it atall he's on 3 bottles a day a bowl of porridge for breakfast and a jar for tea. Do any one else have a problem with this or am I alone :-(

is this a new thing? I would suspect teething if new behaviour
