The thought popped into my head whilst brushing my teeth tonight. Is there??

Yes I knew someone who sucked a bar of chocolate rather than biting it or breaking bits off!

Yes, watching my dad unwrap a kitkat and just bite into it, without breaking each finger off... haha

DH gets it wrong. He eats half a regular Snickers then wraps the rest up to save for another day Confused

A KitKat yes there is definitely a wrong way. You should break the sticks off and eat them, not just bite into the bar because that is totally wrong.

Other bars, I think most ways are ok but if there are squares you should really break them off and eat them and not just bite into the bar.

This ^^. I agree with this.

I have to have a very hot cup of coffee with my chocolate, but I have recently read somewhere that this is bad for you.

yes: straight out of the fridge
Ideally chocolate should be eaten after a spell on the car dashboard on a sunny day - just about ready to melt.

Yeh - nibbling. Like my sister and little old ladies do. If you have a chocolate out of a box, you don't need to bite it in half (or even less, jesus). Just pop it in. Or eating a square of chocolate by sort of grating it with your front teeth. NO.

Agree with PP that chocolate can't be eaten straight from the fridge. That is wrong.

I eat a mars bar oddly. I eat all the nougat first then save the caramel for last. Yum.

Yes that is ok, I do the same with a double decker. All ok.
But you really should break off chocolate that has been designed to be broken, and only suck chocolate that is in your mouth.
