Carrot and coriander soup

Reluctantly received a tin of Heinz C&C soup from daughter recently. Big mistake - down the sink. Researched loadsa recipes for same on the InterWeb - not exhaustively but only till I was ditto.
Top of the heap was Delia who dry roasts her coriander seeds. Second best was Tesco - I do like a tad of potato, onion and definitely more garlic in mine.
So, best outcome was a combo between these two. Forget the rest. Unless you live in my street - my neighbour cooks a mean C&C platter, too.
