Not a bad idea scraping the sauce off, bet thats where most of the cals lie. Although I dunno if I could be trusted, id probably end up dipping some prawn crackers in it!
Nooo, it's not his birthday. We usually have curry night on a Friday from the take away. When im dieting im pretty good and just have chicken tikka no sauce and salad. We missed curry night so DH has decided we will have a treat tonight but I wasn't so sure about low cal Chinese options.
I suppose I could have a night off but im in the zone at the moment and im the sort of person that one naughty meal will lead to a naughty week.
