Hi I'm new to this page and not even sure why I'm here.
My ex partner waked out on me and our 2daughters over 15months ago. He hasn't made much effort in seeing them and in fact my eldest daughter won't even talk to him now and my youngest isn't bothered if he comes or he doesn't.
All in all me and my girls are happy. But now his Mam wants to make things right and see our children. I just don't what her back in my life. I don't want the bull that she come with. Is that so wrong???
I'm getting increasingly lonely and really feel like I will never be in love again. God what a twine I sound!
Any words off anyone who knows about dealing with the loneliness would be amazing. Tia x

My partner has just walked out on me littrely a week ago. I am still trying to get used to it . But I know the lonely feeling. It's horrible. But towards the end he gave me nothing sh** . And I spend most of the time walking on egg Shells. Now I look back and feel a fool for the mug I was for not standing up more to him. But I didn't really want to be alone . I to have just joined on here for this reason. X

Sorry you are going through a shitty time. My ex walked out on me and our 12 month old son which is now 14 years ago, he left me for another woman & he lost all interest in our son and he's never seen him since. I was feeling alot like how you are & thought I'd always be a single mum and lonely. When I least expected it just five months later I met my now husband. Within a short space of time we were married and had two more children. He loves my eldest son like his own, and we've been married nearly 13 years now. Don't lose hope flowers
