sorry can't spell it exema, anyhow, DS has it all over & some on his privates, he's creamed after each change but the pharmasist told me to stop using the shop baby wipes & go for cotton wool/water, I've got some reusable wipes which we'd rather use, and i've read about a solution you can put them in which is meant to help, any ideas on it is tea tree ok?

thanks.

I know its not what you asked but I found Jackson reece wipes really good. It might be handy to have a pack for the nappy bag when you are out and about. Sorry - no experience of reusable

Reusable wipes are a good idea but I would start with just plain water, see if the eczema improves, and then try one of the home made solutions to see if they are ok. I used to make up a super weak solution of camomile and honey tea (one teabag to about a pint of water) and use that, it was soothing and pleasant smelling. But just plain water may be the best thing for a while. I wouldn't use tea tree, it is quite strong and can sting.
