We have been asked by the team at BMI Healthcare to find out how breast cancer aware you are. This survey is open to all UK Mumsnetters or Gransnetters.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw where two winners will each win a £150 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list). All data is confidential.

Here's the link: www.surveymonkey.com/r/MNBMI

Thanks so much and good luck with the prize draw.

Done. I'd be interested in the answers to those questions, if that's an option.

Started to fill in the questionnaire then stopped because the question about how often you check doesn't give the correct option.
Current NHS guidelines say you shouldn't routinely check at set times, every week/month etc, but should instead be breast aware

What ender said - I selected answers that seemed closest to that, but I have also read that specific checks are not that effective, so I just try to be aware of what is normal for me. From ender's link, There is no scientific evidence to show that a formally taught, ritual self examination, performed at the same time each month, reduces the death rate from breast cancer or is more effective than a more relaxed breast awareness.
