Pampers are looking for 1,000 MNers to try their Easy Up pants with their little ones and give feedback on MN. Here is what Pampers say: "At Pampers we love learning about what you think of our products, which is why we'd like you to try our Pampers Easy Ups - the perfect transition from nappies to pants providing the long-lasting dryness of our nappies with the on-the-go convenience of a pant. We look forward to your review!"

This is open to all UK MNers who have a child currently wearing size 4, 5 or 6 nappies or pants. Everyone who is selected will receive a carry pack of 22 size 4, 20 size 5 or 19 size 6 pants (depending on which you select in the survey below). If you're unsure of the sizing, here's some more info:

Size 4: 9-20kg / 20-44lbs
Size 5: 11-25kg / 24-55lbs
Size 6: 16+kg / 35+lbs

Everyone who takes part and adds their feedback to a thread on MN will be entered into a prize draw to win a Love2Shop voucher to the value of £250.

Please sign up here if you'd like to take part.

I hope we get chosen! My 5yo DD has SEN and still needs a pull up at night - it'd be great to find her a close fitting nappy to be comfortable but one that also pulls up/down easily in the middle of the night!

Locketjuice Mon 10-Jun-13 11:02:32

Done, but why on earth do they want do know what I already think of them?

What would be the point of trying them if I already know what they're like confused

manfalou Mon 10-Jun-13 12:28:11

Like the above comment... I havnt used them before So i don't really have an opinion on them?

lunar1 Mon 10-Jun-13 12:33:10

WeAreSix Mon 10-Jun-13 13:47:42

I agree - I seldom tick the 'I don't know' box on questionnaires, but I did this time. A lot.

The questions would be more suitable after trying them.

ihearttc Mon 10-Jun-13 14:10:28

Ive done it as well! My little boy is desperate to be a big boy and use the toilet but is tiny and we can't find pants small enough to stay up so this would be a great way to start!

Indith Mon 10-Jun-13 18:06:16

yes questions odd, perhaps they will be doing before and after views.

Tee2072 Mon 10-Jun-13 18:26:54

It says they want before and after views...

snowwombat Mon 10-Jun-13 23:28:19

Done, thanks!

Done, would be fab to be picked but agree with the above comments regarding the questions - think I picked don't know for them all!

Done. The questions are a bit odd. Surely they won't let Pampers know how we perceive them beforehand? All I ticked was 'I don't know/no opinion'

gallicgirl Tue 11-Jun-13 08:41:16

I signed up too even though I'm sceptical about the need for pull-ups. Questions seemed to assume we all want to use them and are familiar with the brand.

sillymillyb Tue 11-Jun-13 08:56:36

Done, hope we get picked... I'd love to try anything that might make nappy changes more bearable at the minute

<stares at wilful child who hates lying down>

SisterMatic Tue 11-Jun-13 10:03:43

Done, hope I get picked!

Risha Tue 11-Jun-13 11:15:10

LiaJP Wed 12-Jun-13 12:42:23

Done! I too agree, though, with those who say that there's no point in asking for my opinion BEFORE I try the product. If I try it, I'll be more than happy to take the survey and fill in the questionnaire more accurately!!!

ash1112 Wed 12-Jun-13 12:47:24

hope i get picked! survey done

All done smile Really need to find an alternative to Huggies, especially as my daughter doesn't get on well with the baby Pamperdry ones as the fit is awkward sad

rainbowfeet Wed 12-Jun-13 13:13:06

Hello my ds is 16 months & nappy changes are a battle as he hates laying down to have it done, wonder if pull ups would be the answer??!!

Thank you

Hi, we would like to try your nappies, we are size 6. Thanks smile

pipima Wed 12-Jun-13 16:16:34

Hi, we are size 6, pants, thanks smile

jemimaladie Wed 12-Jun-13 18:44:44

completed survey, was a little confused as to the questions they ask ie are they value for money etc, when iv not used them before and so I cannot rate the performance of the pull up pants ?. id like to be picked as we have just started potty training eeeeek :0 been thinking as to wheter these are worth buying as they are disposable whereas pants are washable.

Ray81 Wed 12-Jun-13 19:29:25

Done. If they are nice and thin like huggies, I may change brands.... Use aldi at the moment for ds1 at bedtime, but they are very...puffy

Anusia86 Thu 13-Jun-13 15:41:10

I thought it was MUMSNETTERS who were supposed to try out the pull-ups .. very disappointed to hear that I'll have to pass them on to my 2-year-old. grin DONE.

tigermummy35 Fri 14-Jun-13 14:49:49

Done. Fingers crossed!

EricNorthmansFangbanger Fri 14-Jun-13 14:54:27

I also agree with the comment that says its puzzling for them to be asking what I already think of the product...I've never tried it before, so I wouldn't recommend I'd unless I'd tried it and it worked!

DinoSnores Fri 14-Jun-13 14:54:58

"Done, but why on earth do they want do know what I already think of them?

What would be the point of trying them if I already know what they're like confused"

They want to know if they have changed your opinion. It isn't a conspiracy or that complicated!

"Pampers want to be able to compare testers' opinions before and after they take part in this product test, so please answer the two grid questions below with your existing knowledge/opinions on Pampers Easy Up pants (and Pampers generally). If you've never used Pampers before, please tick the right hand option in each row."

DeathMetalMum Fri 14-Jun-13 15:00:19

gallicgirl Wed 26-Jun-13 22:47:36

RandallPinkFloyd Thu 27-Jun-13 10:32:24

The only trials I've ever been picked for are washing powder, arse cream, and now nappies.

Clearly my life is bursting with drudge!

Oh god, I have to stop musing about potty training and actually start properly doing it don't I?

SisterMatic Thu 27-Jun-13 10:48:03

Woohoo! Me too! Thank you!

KnittedWaffle Thu 27-Jun-13 16:58:10

Woo hoo! I got picked too.
Two nappies trials are the ones I've been picked for - that'll make up for not getting the test drive one wink

Missed out again... sad on this one and the other one sad

Tee2072 Tue 02-Jul-13 12:58:19

I just got the second email about the delay but never got the first that I was in!

I hope I get them before we leave on holiday next week!

Ledkr Tue 02-Jul-13 16:02:24

I got first but not second e mail

florencebabyjo Thu 04-Jul-13 22:04:12

Did you find 1000 mn's already!
I applied for this one as I have 2 dd's in nappies but didn't get in?
There doesn't seem to be too many of us posting and wondered if they cut the amount of us needed in the end? sad

SisterMatic Thu 04-Jul-13 23:13:32

I dont think you needed to post on this thread to be selected, I think you just needed to fill in the form.

Ledkr Fri 05-Jul-13 07:02:43

I wondered that actually. I'm never sure if you need to post as well as filling out the form but yes there are less than [1000 names fior sure.
It's only a pack though so not missing out much.

SisterMatic Mon 08-Jul-13 13:29:23

Anyone got theirs yet? No sign here.

Mine arrived today with the postman.

Thanks MN/Pampers! Going to try from tomorrow morning.

Tee2072 Mon 08-Jul-13 16:34:05

Mine arrived this morning, pack of 19 in size 6, being tested as I type! smile

Does anyone know where the feedback goes?

SisterMatic Tue 09-Jul-13 09:53:16

Still nothing here sad

FairyJen Tue 09-Jul-13 12:04:21

sister they were delivered via city link rather than Royal Mail. Not sure if that will make a difference to you smile

SisterMatic Tue 09-Jul-13 12:07:02

Ah ok yes it will, thought it was RM and they have already been. Thankyou FairyJen.

Pinkpiglet Thu 11-Jul-13 09:45:26

I've received my pack, thanks. I was just wondering if there is a reviewers thread yet so I can write my feedback?

SisterMatic Thu 11-Jul-13 10:24:29

Still nothing sad

Wincher Thu 11-Jul-13 11:55:04

I've not received mine either, and the email said it would be by the 11th?

Mind you since I signed up for this I have finally managed to get my DS out of nappies in the day! These will be great for night time though.

SisterMatic Thu 11-Jul-13 12:53:50

Mine have just arrived! Thank you, will start testing these asap!

KnittedWaffle Thu 11-Jul-13 15:09:50

Mine have arrived today.
DD (4) was very excited to help me open the box. Also excited to see Dora on it.
Not so excited that they were nappies, though! smile

Wincher Thu 11-Jul-13 15:53:45

Mine arrived shortly after my previous post!
