NOW CLOSED Chocolate loving testers needed to try a brand new children's Easter treat from Cadbury's! There's also £250 up for grabs

(190 Posts)
KatieBMumsnet (MNHQ) Wed 30-Jan-13 13:05:50

We've been asked by Cadbury to find 70 MNers who'd like to EGG-clusively try out their EGG-citing new chocolate Easter treat before anyone else gets the chance! grin

Cadbury say: "Kids love chocolate and it puts a smile on their face but do they really appreciate that it's a 'treat' as much as you used to? We believe that new Cadbury Egg n Spoon will change that. Cadbury Egg n Spoon is a purple egg carton containing four individually wrapped eggs. You bite off the top of the egg to reveal the cracked top. Two mini spoons are provided in the pack to scoop out a light fluffy mousse inside the egg."

We're looking for UK based Mumsnetters who have at least one child aged 5-11 and who love a chocolatey treat.

Selected testers will be sent a pack of the new Cadbury Egg n Spoon for them to hide their DCs to try and to then add their feedback to a thread on Mumsnet.

So if you'd like to take part please sign up here

Everyone who is a tester and who adds their feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one tester will win £250 worth of John Lewis vouchers as a thank you.

Thanks and good luck

<looks at 7 month old Dd>

TaggieCampbellBlack Wed 30-Jan-13 13:09:51

First cheese only for under bloody bollocking 12s.

Now chocolate only allowed if you are under 11.

What the actual fucking hell????? [sngry] very very angry

Heavywheezing Wed 30-Jan-13 13:10:10

So you are looking for people to try chocolate?
Sign me up!

FrazzleRock Wed 30-Jan-13 13:10:46

Signed up! Very excited....

tethersend Wed 30-Jan-13 13:11:15

DD is quite tall for her age... Surely that counts?

Heavywheezing Wed 30-Jan-13 13:11:28

Only for 5-11's?

ScaredySquirrel Wed 30-Jan-13 13:13:11

ooh I'm going to do this - will all of my children get a chance?

DS2 is 11. he will have a taste for you. Signed up.

Aren't these already in the shops?

<<wipes chocolate mousse from face>>

ScaredySquirrel Wed 30-Jan-13 13:16:45

the survey wouldn't let me put that I buy cadbury's chocolate for both me and my children blush. So I filled in that I buy it for them - because I'm trying to cut down a bit but failing miserably

RubyMurry Wed 30-Jan-13 13:18:58

signed up too, also have 11 year old ds who is a willing taster tester grin

Chaos yes they are. A lot of the testing on here is of products that are already being sold. Not sure why. confused

gottasmile Wed 30-Jan-13 13:22:05

all I can say is.... yummmmmm

McPhee Wed 30-Jan-13 13:23:26

Hmm, I'm willing to test anything that's already in the shops grin

<not desperate me, nooooooo>

DS is 11, and will love this.
since he loves cheese too and wasnt eligible for that one

AnneEyhtMeyer Wed 30-Jan-13 13:26:53

I noticed these in the shops the other day reduced to half price. Maybe they aren't selling and need a PR boost on here?

I didn't realise however that they are for over 5's. Will have to tell my 3 year old she can't have any more. confused

AmandinePoulain Wed 30-Jan-13 13:28:12

When will the tests take place? Because dd1 is literally 3 weeks off being 5, can we still take part? Purlease??? wink

TaggieCampbellBlack Wed 30-Jan-13 13:29:40

So unfair <<hurls remains of yesterdays milk tray out the window in a massive strop>>

fallenempires Wed 30-Jan-13 13:33:01

Have signed up as DS2 has been eyeing these up over the last month

LillethTheCat Wed 30-Jan-13 13:41:27

Have signed up too. Also wanted to put yes for buying Cadbury's for both me and DCs, but couldn't so I put dont know for me, but put in the comments saying I wanted to put Yes.

Spirael Wed 30-Jan-13 13:46:12

Cadbury's chocolate isn't suitable for preschoolers? shock Damn, will have to stop using it in the baking we do together!

Signed up. Sounds right up DS's street.

walkingonthemoon Wed 30-Jan-13 13:48:10

oooh go on then! Signed up.

CheeseStrawWars Wed 30-Jan-13 13:52:43

Sounds like a lot of wasteful packaging associated with this product... hmm

And what's this mean: ""Kids love chocolate and it puts a smile on their face but do they really appreciate that it's a ?treat? as much as you used to? We believe that new Cadbury Egg n Spoon will change that." - so if my kids do appreciate chocolate is a treat as much as I used to then you'll make it not a treat? Eh?

And yes, they do appreciate chocolate is a treat. An occasional thing. We are "treatwise", as you might say, Cadbury. Which is why I keep telling them they can't have Easter Eggs til Easter, which is two months off.

PS - stop messing with Cadbury chocolate you Krafty people, we know it's not the same as it used to be. Plastic spoons don't make up for it.

Narked Wed 30-Jan-13 13:57:14

I don't buy Cadbury's any more since Kraft bought it and made it shit. HTH.

oh go on then. And i put i buy it for me even though it gets bought for all of us.

I've not seen these!

I used to eat my creme eggs in an egg cup with a spoon. I am definitely my children are definitely up for testing these.

Indith Wed 30-Jan-13 14:04:24

Darn it! My only one who is old enough doesn't like chocolate! his little sister adores it but she is only 4 sad

notso Wed 30-Jan-13 14:04:39

Please, I too wanted to put yes for me and DC but I ended up putting yes for DC and nothing for me.

Doogle2 Wed 30-Jan-13 14:07:13

Signed up. As they are in an egg box can I eat them for breakfast? blush

Astr0naut Wed 30-Jan-13 14:07:18

Bollocks. Just did the survey then read that your kids have to be over 5.

TheDeadlyDonkey Wed 30-Jan-13 14:08:43

Oh. My. God.
Please pick me my children.
This is the tester thread I was born for.
<bribes with gin>

MikeLitoris Wed 30-Jan-13 14:11:43

Wine last week, chocolate this week.

Keep up the good work HQ

Signed up. Crossing fingers and toes. I may like chocolate just a little bit. grin

I really need to do this to confirm said reports that Kraft have altered the taste. I need to taste all forms of Cadbury's product. It would be a public service....

supadupapupascupa Wed 30-Jan-13 14:17:44

I would definitely like to sign up please. It's in the interests of humankind! these must be tested immediately and I am the woman to do it! grin

I've gone for the sob story... <crosses fingers>

muddledsheep Wed 30-Jan-13 14:22:10

Aww, was all excited but have children either side of the age range. Spose I'll just have to go buy some for me them.

pigleychez Wed 30-Jan-13 14:23:32

Booo! DD's are only 4.5 and 2.7 but already chocolate connoisseurs!
They Know good chocolate ( ie Cadburys!) and turned there noses up at the poundland (think it was Kinnerton) chocolate advent calendars from nanny!

DD1 is almost 5 [hopeful]

toffeefee Wed 30-Jan-13 14:25:26

vlynjo Wed 30-Jan-13 14:38:48

Signed up....fingers crossed smile

HelenMumsnet (MNHQ) Wed 30-Jan-13 14:39:03

First cheese only for under bloody bollocking 12s.

Now chocolate only allowed if you are under 11.

What the actual fucking hell????? [sngry] very very angry

Slightly disappointed, then, Taggie? grin

Will pass you, erm, pointed comments on...

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey Wed 30-Jan-13 14:39:06

littlemisssunny Wed 30-Jan-13 14:40:37

Ooh both my kids are in the right age range hooray!

I think they should send me them, I spend enough on chocolate to keep them in business!

habadababa Wed 30-Jan-13 14:43:12

Yes, yes, yes!!! My DD will love these!

These are yummy, just this minute had one for my lunch

For anyone who doesn't get chosen, Asda are selling them for £2 and I highly recommend trying them grin

sarahloureynolds Wed 30-Jan-13 14:45:20

Signed up have three DCs in the correct age range so fingers crossed grin

TaggieCampbellBlack Wed 30-Jan-13 14:45:35

Sorry Helen. Feeling a little hard-done-by.

expatinscotland Wed 30-Jan-13 14:47:57

Prepared to shamelessly use my 7-year-old daughter, who tried to shoplift a Cadbury Cream Egg when she was 2, as a tester. Mmmmm. Hope we get to try them smile.

Already have 2 cartons in the cupboard but haven't even allowed my kids (3 + 7) to see them! Signed up smile

are they vegetarian? Or is the mousse made with cow bones gelatine?

Signed up! Fingers are crossed.

Fillybuster Wed 30-Jan-13 14:49:53

Jumps up and down with excitement....

Morrisons have them for 2 quid too I believe. X

THERhubarb Wed 30-Jan-13 14:58:51

I will not be entering this.

This is yet another marketing ploy aimed at children and I don't believe that marketing should target a young audience.

Also whilst Cadbury has signed up for FairTrade it was revealed that actually less than half the cocoa beans that are sourced are from fair trade farmers.

I also agree with the waste issue. Plastic is a sod to recycle as there is no money in it. It is also one of the least biodegradable materials there is. Making more of it to throw away is irresponsible.

Also Panorama discovered that child labour was used by some farmers who supplied Cadbury's. I don't want my child eating chocolate that was produced by a child slave earning pittance.

Stuff your eggs.

Puppypoppet Wed 30-Jan-13 14:59:19

Yum - count me in!

cheznal Wed 30-Jan-13 15:01:59

Oooohhh count me in! DS would be over the moon x

Lorelei353 Wed 30-Jan-13 15:02:12

'May contain nut traces' sad

Glitterfairys Wed 30-Jan-13 15:07:56

Me please grin

CuppaTeaAndAJammieDodger Wed 30-Jan-13 15:08:30

pirouette Wed 30-Jan-13 15:12:12

Do they contain gelatin?

gremlinmum Wed 30-Jan-13 15:14:07

ooooops my son just turned 12 so I don't qualify sad grrrr age discrimination

HappyAsEyeAm Wed 30-Jan-13 15:14:14

The survey doesn't seem to have a 'submit' button at the end, after you've put in the details. There's just an 'exit this survey' button. Does this mean that they've got enough people? Soooooo disappointed (on behalf of 5yo DS, obviously).

moonstorm Wed 30-Jan-13 15:15:39

No fair sad I want chocolate! Can I borrow somebody elses child?

However, I swear Cadbury's did this Egg and Spoon thing when I was a kid too....

SaladIsMyFriend Wed 30-Jan-13 15:17:05

Despite my username I like a nice bit of chocolate, and 5 year old DD would happilly eat me if I was made of chocolate, so have signed up smile

iseenodust Wed 30-Jan-13 15:18:44

We're signed up. Happy there is a button at te bottom still to submit.
I think years of chocolate over-consumption tasting qualify me for this.

Wine last week but I'm pregnant, chocolate this week but I am too old and DS is too young so I could steal it from him.

I'll just go eat my bar of Galaxy, especially after seeing TheRhubarb's post. confused shock

HappyAsEyeAm Wed 30-Jan-13 15:22:04

Thanks iseenodust, but there is no submit button on mine. And when I try and click on the survey link again, it just takes me to the mumsnet product test homepage. It must be my PC as nobody else seems to be having problems. Or someone is trying to tell me and DS to stay away from the chocolate!

TobyLerone Wed 30-Jan-13 15:34:28

I'll do it!

billybear Wed 30-Jan-13 15:48:53

i admit i am a chocoholic,do i qualify for choc tasting my little girl is only20 months old likes chocolate

LadyMargolotta Wed 30-Jan-13 15:54:51

Sounds like the Milka version, which are lush here

Didn't read the OP properly - Ignore my application (both dcs over 11 sad )

motherofallmuddles Wed 30-Jan-13 16:02:15

OMG the chance to get chocolate through the letterbox, poss doesnt get better. Bet I can eat all four in one go before the kids get home which might not be the idea of the test ! grin

I think you can probably close this now HQ. We don't want too many people applying, do we? smile

LiveItUp Wed 30-Jan-13 16:13:51

Just room for me though I hope? Plenty of chocolate tasters in this house. grin

Namechangedembrassedmum Wed 30-Jan-13 16:29:09

Signed up

AlexMumsnet (MNHQ) Wed 30-Jan-13 16:39:40

Hi HappyAsEyeAm, not to worry your details have been submitted!

<faints with excitement>

Me! Me! Me! Pick me!

Blatherskite Wed 30-Jan-13 16:55:04

Signed up. Ds would love trying this one!

headlesslambrini Wed 30-Jan-13 16:59:53

have signed up.

MNHQ you have surpassed yourselves with this one grin Extra gin tonight!!

Imflabulous Wed 30-Jan-13 17:09:22

Done! Stuff the diet.

Signed up! All four dc are in the correct age range (fortunately). They would be very excited to get letterbox chocolate grin

Allinonebucket Wed 30-Jan-13 17:21:46

I bought a box of these in the CoOp on Tuesday. Sorry Tesco.

Why not 4 year olds? envy. 4 year olds eat chocolate.

hermancakedestroyer Wed 30-Jan-13 17:45:19

Sounds great to me - can't think of a reason not to sign up for this smile

ChippyMinton Wed 30-Jan-13 17:50:28

Oh dear, DS1 still has last years chocolate - a Creme Egg and a Lindt bunny -- to eat. All the more for me DS2 and DD if we get picked.

foolserrand Wed 30-Jan-13 18:01:52

But.... But..... It's ds's 4th birthday at the end of Feb. Oh please let him in!

Tee2072 Wed 30-Jan-13 18:02:37

Ooops, sorry, all I saw was chocolate and applied. My son isn't actually old enough.

Which is rather stupid, since 3 year olds eat chocolate.

Also...I've already seen this in shops, so not as exclusive as they are claiming...

OneLieIn Wed 30-Jan-13 18:08:00

Oh yes please. I promise to eat hide them. Chocolate isn't a treat on our house, it doesn't survive more than 5 minutes and we have run out of places to hide it!

Please, 2 dcs that fit the bill

pooka Wed 30-Jan-13 18:24:58

Please please please pick me. I might even let the children have a sniff. Maybe. If they're good and have cleaned enough chimneys that day.

nowwearefour Wed 30-Jan-13 18:50:00

Please pick me!!!!!

peanutMD Wed 30-Jan-13 18:55:13

Free chocolate you say?

I'm in grin

<~~~ looks at nearly 3yo & cries

firawla Wed 30-Jan-13 18:58:28

another one not happy with the age range - my oldest is 4 but he loves chocolate! oh well...

also wondering if the mousse is vegetarian as someone asked earlier?

Sarahplane Wed 30-Jan-13 20:00:20

signed up. my dd would love to help test.

fuzzpig Wed 30-Jan-13 20:06:30

Signed up smile

BoringSchoolChoiceNickname Wed 30-Jan-13 21:30:10

Screw the Blossom Hill Febreeze flavoured wine-a-like, I'm definitely up for this one.

Midgetm Wed 30-Jan-13 22:45:04

I have kids. They like chocolate --ok
One of them is 3 months old but I know he would like licking it--. My daughter is 5 and she likes both licking and chewing chocolate. As do I. Sign me up and I'll throw in the 3 month old baby for your trouble.

mychildrenarebarmy Thu 31-Jan-13 00:05:22

I knew we went for a good split of ages. grin

BlueyDragon Thu 31-Jan-13 06:53:19

I'm in. Not that DD stands a chance of eating any if I get picked. Oh, alright then, if it means free chocolate I'll let her have some too. I am easily bought.

newlark Thu 31-Jan-13 08:20:48

signed up - my two would love these! I can see ds would like to class this as breakfast if it looks like a boiled egg grin

Signed up to this on, we're very much a chocoholic family here!

Done, the children would love this, as would I

Indith Thu 31-Jan-13 09:17:09

SPB if you get it I'm going to stalk you grin.

Cantbelieveitsnotbutter Thu 31-Jan-13 09:25:44

I've already tried them ... Immense.
But my ds is 3 .... He thought there was too much goo in the middle.

Sorry not very helpful MNHQ

Dd will be 5 in 3.5years surely I can sign up grin

Tee2072 Thu 31-Jan-13 09:33:31

Why does it say it's exclusive? They are in all the shops!!!

Ha Indith just realised why you haven't registered yourself. I'll have an egg party. And cadburys, you'll get feedback from two mners and their children for the price of one.
pick me pick me

SushiPaws Thu 31-Jan-13 10:18:43

Done, hope they pick me dd

HappyAsEyeAm Thu 31-Jan-13 10:50:06

Oh hurrah! Thank you AlexMumsnet.

Have you been picked?

HappyAsEyeAm Thu 31-Jan-13 10:54:21

Not that i know of i was having problems submitting the survey, so Alex sorted it for me.

shallweshop Thu 31-Jan-13 13:09:20

Me please!

ah smile
How did you know? When I submitted I didn't get a page saying "thank you for your interest" etc - am I on the list?
<still grumpy following breakfast biscuits>

Skyebluesapphire Thu 31-Jan-13 13:32:44

signed up. my friend said that these are fab

Tigerbomb Thu 31-Jan-13 13:43:09

So not fair - my kids are too old

Besides it's not the kids that buy the chocolate - it's me! I eat more than them so surely it should be me testing it. I'm the one that has got to be persuaded intp parting my money

<wanders off grumbling that twatting chocolate isnt just for kids>

laughalot Thu 31-Jan-13 13:45:13

When will we know if we are picked? First time I've signed up for a product test so not too sure of the timescales smile.

WhitegoldWielder Thu 31-Jan-13 16:10:54

Signed up - tending to buy less Cadbury for the kids - they are old enough to challenge that Cadbury doesn't taste as good as it did and trying a new product might reverse this?!

AlexMumsnet (MNHQ) Thu 31-Jan-13 16:36:33

Hi SPBInDisguise - It doesn't look like your details submitted! Please do fill out the form again though.

Thanks for checkjg. The link doesn't sem to take me to the survey any more thoug

Takes me to a generic Mumsnet online surveys and product tests page.

Look it's obviously causing problems so I don't mind if you just want to put my name down directly as selected grin

Right, done it again, but again I didn't get "thank you for submitting" page, just straight to "Mumsnet online surveys and product tests" page, which seems a bit odd. Would you mind checking? I put my nickname as StealthPolarBear, as that's who I usually am on MN

FrequentFlyerRandomDent Thu 31-Jan-13 20:16:33

Signed up. I did not tell the DCs just in case no EGG-citing treat for us.

sad I dd would have loved this, but she is too old.

tinkfairy Thu 31-Jan-13 20:57:34

im not sure my sing up was accepted could someone from hq check please it went to homepage after i clicked finish

MariusEarlobe Thu 31-Jan-13 22:09:28

Can you check mine please. I had problems too.

mychildrenarebarmy Thu 31-Jan-13 22:32:24

Oh no. I didn't get a thank you for submitting your survey page either. Does that mean mine might not have gone in? It was also enough to make me want to get some today. I stopped at the local Sainsbury and they didn't have any left so we went to the Tesco and they didn't have any either came straight home as it was clearly a sign it wasn't meant to be. I never considered once trying a third supermarket. Honest.

stealth MNHQ I don't ever get Thanks for Submitting page. Always straight to product tests page. I think. Is this why I never get picked for anything? <cries >
<recovers composure so as not to seem needy, but I needed to test that dyson>

Skyebluesapphire Thu 31-Jan-13 23:00:50

Mine went straight to that page too but doesn't it always? Not sure...

Tigerbomb Fri 01-Feb-13 00:44:57

My spell worked... if I can't have them - then no one can have them grin

<only joking - don't blame me.>

wannaBe Fri 01-Feb-13 04:51:37

I'm a bit hmm that this is essentially just free advertising for cadbury esp as these are already in the shops... hardly exclusive is it? very misleading.

Is this stuff free? Always assumed the companies paid

Groovee Fri 01-Feb-13 09:40:25

oooh this sounds good...

Tusty Fri 01-Feb-13 09:45:24

Gutted mine's only 2! He (and I) love chocolate especially Cadbury's

KatieBMumsnet (MNHQ) Fri 01-Feb-13 10:08:25

Hi all sorry for the confusion with submitting the form. If you were sent directly to the Mumsnet product tests page, your form was successfully submitted.
In future we'll make sure we include a 'thank you' page blush

Thanks for signing up and good luck! grin

MmeLindor Fri 01-Feb-13 10:28:34

You HAVE to pick me. Just so that when you announce it, Cadburys have to say in their advertising

'Mumsnet poster MmeLINDOR thought that Cadbury Egg n Spoon was a great treat for her family and will henceforth be known as MmeCadbury'

I might even name change for it.

MNHQ thanks for the clarification.
Mme...good plan!
(Or simply "Polar Bears Love Cadburys")
(we do...)

LentilAsAnything Fri 01-Feb-13 12:37:58
dontwanttobefatandforty Fri 01-Feb-13 12:40:14

oh just filled this in but didnt see the ages! How daft! Daft I tell you! angry

thisonehasalittlecar Fri 01-Feb-13 13:47:01

"Why do you want to try this product?"

Because I have a really hard time getting the dcs to eat chocolate, so I am hoping the novelty of having it shaped like a healthy food will convince them to give it a go.

grin brilliant

jackies4 Fri 01-Feb-13 14:37:41

signed up... but older kids are sulking already & my little one is looking far too smug wink

when do we find out?

SamanthaStormer Fri 01-Feb-13 15:54:04

Ooooo chocolate! I've got a 5 year old and a 9 year old and they'd think all their birthdays had come at once if they got the chance of this, so I've signed up and keeping my fingers crossed! grin

MoppingMummy Fri 01-Feb-13 18:43:11

Just signed up! Would love to try these!!!

YAY! I am one of the testers gringringrin
Now do I really have to share with my DS???

BornToFolk Tue 05-Feb-13 14:22:07

Yay! I've been picked! DS is going to be so egg-cited! (sorry, couldn't resist...grin)

No email for me yet. sad

I didn't get to test the wine either. sad

Doogle2 Tue 05-Feb-13 14:51:32

No e-mail for me either. Might just have to go and buy them smile

Blatherskite Tue 05-Feb-13 14:55:11

I tried to buy some Doogle - I put them on my grocery order. They were sold out and I got crappy caramel eggs substituted instead! I hate caramel sad

I can't even get them when I pay! <sobs>

Me too! I'm a tester!

iseenodust Tue 05-Feb-13 15:29:21

Woo hoo! I see no conflict in being on this thread and the 5:2 one as these are for DS and if you believe that.

Just seen them for £3 or £4 for 2 in Tesco Express. I stuck my nose in the air haughtily and walked past.

hermancakedestroyer Tue 05-Feb-13 16:10:30

I'm a tester too! Yippee! grin

Stropzilla Tue 05-Feb-13 16:24:38

Hooray been selected! This makes up for not being chosen for the wine.

FrazzleRock Tue 05-Feb-13 16:35:28

How do you know if you're a tester?
I don't have an email yet sad

<refreshes email>

Stropzilla Tue 05-Feb-13 16:45:31

Mine went to my junk folder.

FrazzleRock Tue 05-Feb-13 16:51:21

Blimey, I never ever look in my "bulk mail"
What the hell's with all the Gas Engineering courses? shock

Still no MN email sad

AlexMumsnet (MNHQ) Tue 05-Feb-13 17:20:18

Hi all, an email has now been sent notifying those of you who have been selected. Please check your junk mail as sometimes the emails end up in there -particularly as I'm new and you probably haven't been emailed by me before!

MmeLindor Tue 05-Feb-13 17:23:18

Whooop, I have been selected. I do hope my review will be on Cadbury's website as MmeLindor and not MmeL

We had something similar last year in Germany from Easter and they were so bogging that even the kids didn't eat them. That was Milka, but I am sure that good old Cadburys will be better.

I'm guessing that "because...FREE CHOCOLATE!" was not a good enough answer in the 'why do you want to test this malarkey' field, seeing as I didn't get picked sad

There must be a reason why I wasn't allowed to test wine and chocolate but got picked for washing liquid. sad I will hold out for a toilet cleaner test. or drain unblocker or something.

I had my wallet nicked and couldn't buy the ones I had in my basket and that apparently wasn't a good enough reason. You heartless buggers.

No chocoloate for me sadface

Why? WWWHHHHHYYYYYYY? I DS needs chocolate! No fair! I didn't get picked for breakfast biscuits either!

GRRRRR......I could just do with some chocolate too!

AlexMumsnet, when do the chosen few hear about the trip to Cadbury's World? Not holding out much hope as I am obviously persona non grata for testing this year.... sad

Boo, no chocolate. Picked some up in tesco today anyway, so they're getting something out of me wink

Have the mumsnetters to visit Cadbury World been announced as yet?

gazzalw Fri 08-Feb-13 07:21:53

I think you can probably safely conclude by the relative calm that the lucky winners haven't been announced as yet....

I finally managed to get some of these. Can't say I like them much. The chocolate shell is grainy and the mousse inside isn't as rich and smooth as I'd expected. Disappointed sad

I got some yesterday, the filling is far too sweet

Hello anyone at Mumsnet HQ - just wondered when you are going to let those know who are lucky enough to get picked for the Cadbury's World Event?

Tee2072 Mon 11-Feb-13 16:45:12

Did we ever get an explanation for them being in shops and yet this claiming to be exclusive?

I think they look gross...

ohforfoxsake Mon 11-Feb-13 16:49:34

Mine still haven't arrived, but I did get an email from MNHQ to say I'd been picked.

ohforfoxsake Mon 11-Feb-13 16:51:30

Yes, and what about the Cadbury World trip - isnt it this Saturday?

gazzalw Mon 11-Feb-13 16:52:30

Yes it is and it's been very quiet indeed.....

As per everyone above - am still happy to go to Cadbury's world on Saturday if
