shoofly Fri 25-Oct-13 17:02:17

I've been doing the surveys and I think it's over. Am fairly sure last survey, it said it was the last one

ShatnersEmptyCatacomb Fri 25-Oct-13 17:06:02

Yes, I think it's all done and dusted now. You didn't miss much op, it was nowhere near as exciting as it sounded!

can not believe cho forum is over took ages to get the numbers I was one of first to sign up, thought it was running for a few months very disappointed

TEErickOrTEEreat Sun 27-Oct-13 17:40:59

I am not sure it's completely over but yes, it's been running for a few months already.

Hi all, just to clarify, the Chocolate Forum is still running and will be until September 2014. There will be breaks in between each task so we don't overload you all with endless chocolate related questions and activities grin

thanks

Still no actual chocolate tho... ;)

janajos Thu 31-Oct-13 11:29:44

Just one point, why do we have to keep giving the same general information? Would be much less repetitive if I didn't have to keep saying how old I am, how many DC I have etc.....

timidviper Thu 31-Oct-13 11:37:29

Katiebmumsnethq received my thank you goodies today, walnut whips, mini gingerbread men, marzipan, dark chocolate & fudge bars with a thank you card. I enjoyed doing the research, thanks.

I got my thank you goodies yesterday - yum yum! Lots of dark chocolate which is my favourite so much appreciated smile

Coppernob Thu 28-Nov-13 12:12:11

Thanks for the goody bag. Not sure if everything was in it as the bag had come open in the post. No dark chocolate or fudge bars in mine.

bruffin Thu 28-Nov-13 12:21:38

Thanks got my goody bag on monday. I got the same as Eastpoint and it is very much appreciated.

KatieBMumsnet (MNHQ) Thu 28-Nov-13 15:30:30

Coppernob please can you email me with what was in your welcome pack and I'll look into for you. thanks

Did anyone get a weird blank envelope with three random squares of wrapped chocolate in it?

Eastpoint Thu 28-Nov-13 17:15:40

Yes, I had 3 squares but there was also a card in the envelope saying thank you & with the chocolate tasting survey logo in the corner. They looked like misshapes.

Aww this was nice to receive in the post. I normally only get bills.

Thanks for the treats! (Although DP has been snaffling them!)

billybear Thu 28-Nov-13 18:03:58

my husband being doing choc forum surveys never had any choc, untill today got a padded envelope
with m ans s goodies init gingerbread men, walnut whips, etc, same as other peoples list, and an empty brown envelope, with no note or anything, thought the choc forum was for kinerton choc,he never had any off them , so if this m and s goodies is thank you what happened to his kinerton choc or are we losing the plot.

Kinnerton does the chocolate for m&s

WildThong Thu 28-Nov-13 18:32:05

Num num num. grin

ouryve Thu 28-Nov-13 18:34:40

Poor DH. I had to save him from the nasty, nasty chocolate covered marzipan. I'm such a caring wife.

DazR Thu 28-Nov-13 20:24:44

Hi I had a goody bag today - unsealed and held closed by an elastic band. Had empty brown envelope inside and no card or any details of where it came from! I guessed it was from the choc forum and there are gingerbread men, walnut whips and choc bars - a lovely treat x

nearlyreadytopop Thu 28-Nov-13 22:15:57

Thank you for my goody bag. I love getting nice surprises in the post.grin
