I've had my Hoover for a week or so now. Who else has got theirs?

Hi EauRouge - I'm just waiting for Hoover to let me know what questions they'd like to ask you then I'll put the feedback thread up. In the meantime, please feel free to add any comments you have here!

Oh OK. It's just I'm going away again at the end of next week. I'll get some videos sent off to Hoover before I go though.

Thoughts so far- much, much quicker and better than my old vacuum cleaner! The ball makes it really easy to manoeuvre so I was able to clean under my dining table (always gets filthy under there thanks to 18 mo DD2) without having to use the attachments.

DD2 is fascinated at being able to see the contents Grin DD1 has almost mastered using it so soon I will be able to put my feet up and leave her to it.

Thanks Hoover and Mumsnet Thanks

Just got mine delivered today (been on holiday for two weeks). Thanks so much, our Dyson is now officially too dangerous to use and is now off to the tip Grin

Comments so far... DH had to help put the ball bit together as I was so excited I didn't really read the instructions properly. Just hoovered our rug and it's quite heavy to steer compared to our Dyson (DC04) but it might just be me getting used to it. Picked up quite a bit of pet hair though Blush

The rubbish collection bin is quite a bit smaller than the Dyson too so I expect to empty it loads if it has superior suction!

Also, I've not found anywhere to store the multi-reach tool which is a bit of a pain as I like to have all the tools with me especially when carrying the Hoover upstairs. Maybe the Hoover bods might be able to set me straight!

Looking forward to giving it a manoeuvrability test in our tiny house.

Thanks for selecting me, I'll definitely give it a thorough test Thanks

Ah, I thought it was just me Grin I couldn't find where to put the multi-reach tool either, I suppose they didn't bother designing a slot because it's an optional extra? Maybe they could put something in the instructions about that so people don't spend ages trying to figure it out.
