Olay "Total Effects Wake Up Wonder" feedback/advert

I saw the advert the other day for the first time and must admit that I was shocked that, according to the voice-over, a whopping 92% of us said we'd recommend to a friend.

This was really not the impression I got from reading the thread. Was anyone else suprised?
