Do you think John Taylor from Duran Duran would do a webchat?

I think there are a few of us MNetters of a certain age that would enjoy it. smile

We are at the asking stage name. grin

Did I miss something? A John Taylor web chat smile?

Naked webchat. grin Or a strip webchat where one item of clothing comes off for each question Pagwatch? grin

Pagwatch Mon 19-Aug-13 14:45:27

I've already shotgunned checking out JT incase it is a naked webchat.

For christsake get a move on with that tech.

Oh yes. Good idea Inkle. grin

InkleWinkle Mon 19-Aug-13 14:23:20

Some of us could come & help incase it's all too much for the MNHQers?

You lot at MNHQ would have to promise to try and control yourselves should this ever happen. <imagines all at MNHQ volunteering to 'help' JT>

ZOMG at this <hyperventilates>

Will throw it over to our webchat supremo

I love Nick Rhodes but I can't think if anything I could ask him. He always seems very highbrow and serious.

GoshAnneGorilla Mon 19-Aug-13 03:33:29

Different - yes to Nick Rhodes. I think he would have fabulous stories to tell. Plus he is known to like women in their earlier 30's, so I could be well in there (sorry DH).

My ultimate 80's dream lovaah is Morten Harket, but since he seems more fond of philosophical debates in interviews*, I'm not sure he'd be comfortable with an MN webchat.

Yes please!

Or Nick Rhodes. Or both. Or all of them...I'm not fussy...but definitely Nick Rhodes.

Thank you. And please.

I was going to say earlier that I wouldn't have the energy for Sting but then I got side tracked watching the episode of Friends with Trudie in it!
Spooky or what eh?

grin

Pagwatch Sun 18-Aug-13 22:06:10

Nah
If it was Trudie it would be
'look. I'm having Sting, have been for hours actually but we will need to stop in a moment for some taramasalata. But it's all fabulous, obviously'

TSSDNCOP Sun 18-Aug-13 20:45:34

Trudie is that you with the Lightning nn?

shock Nooo Lighthouse.

Lighthousekeeping Sun 18-Aug-13 19:59:58

I'd rather have Sting tbh.

cocolepew Sun 18-Aug-13 19:35:12

I missed the documentary, wish I'd seen it.

RedPencils Sun 18-Aug-13 19:27:49

Have got it recorded but not watched it yet. The trailers wee bad enough.

Aah yes Red the Directioners. Did you see the documentary? shock

Thank goodness FB was not around in 1984.

RedPencils Sun 18-Aug-13 19:22:08

Good point Coco. Its all about the Hair.
Mind you we would should probably swerve Hairstyles otherwise all the loopers teenage fans would be over here breaking the servers issuing us all with death threats.

Noooo cocole, huge difference. JT plays an instrument. he is the master of the bass guitar. wink

HH-bouffant strip of wind with bad tats.

I dont think I could cope with a web chat with RH or Scott from 5ive. It would just be comments from me saying:

gjeskwnxjdkdkwjnsjxkdnebq<3:D:-\gajwknsdjskkwnd

As I would be too excited to type properly! grin

cocolepew Sun 18-Aug-13 19:16:36

Really Harry Hairstyles is this generations JT.
Its all in the bouffant hair dos.

Red I think you are onto something. A bit of a different sort of webchat where Celebs ask MN for life coaching advice. Perfect.
