Is this one of those things that happens to every woman but nobody talks about.

5 minutes after a bath and its like your water just broke...

This is a thing yeah?

Maybe the number of DC = size of waterfall.

NattyGolfJerkin · 03/05/2016 20:17

Sometimes.

It is entirely normal.

Do all of you no people swoosh around in the bath? I sit with my legs up over the edge if its too hot (visit to the gyne style)

This has never happened to me. But I had c sections so perhaps that's why!

Report
ChicRock · 03/05/2016 20:18

Yes! In fact I can sometimes squirt a significant amout of water out during my bath if I'm having a long lazy one.

Report
StillNoFuckingEyeDeer · 03/05/2016 20:19

Definitely normal.

Knotnora · 03/05/2016 20:19

Yip. Usually escapes only to collect in my slippers. Blush I think that unless your DP has a vagina, he can't really comment on wether or not it's a 'thing.'

I do but then I do pelvic floor exercises in the bath so maybe it's that

Report
NeedACleverNN · 03/05/2016 20:20

Yup. I sit on a towel for a good 5-10 mins after a bath

I've a very weak bladder but this has never happened to me, got me thinking why not Grin but I'm not complaining.
I unfortunately wet the bed if I have a chest infection etc, it's sooo embarrassing, pelvic floor is no more, it buggered off years ago. Sorry if tmi

Sitting with your knees up/legs akimbo is going to open things up and let water in.

It's happened a few times, only since I had DD. The first time I was sort of tensing up all my stomach muscles and created suction, so I felt it whooshing in Shock It's happened without me noticing each time since.

Yep, happens every time since having dc.

Report
FishOn · 03/05/2016 20:22

I can suck it in and push it back out ...no kids here.

It's why tampons and swimming don't work IMHO Grin
