We are offering a free meditation session entitled ‘Life Beyond Stress’, where we are introducing powerful and practical tools from the ancient science of yoga, which can help individuals to -
• Cope with the hectic pace of modern life
• Function better under stress
• Attain higher levels of productivity
There will be a brief introduction about meditation, by a trained teacher from Isha Institute of Inner Sciences (UK Registered Charity 1116816) followed by a 20-minute guided meditation to give you a taste and experience of what meditation can bring to you.
The event is free of charge and open to all. Please join us and bring friends and family too!
(A free DVD will be offered to all participants to practice the meditation at home)
DATE: Saturday 1st February 2014 (Yes, that's tomorrow!) at 17:15 sharp. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle down. Session should finish by 18.15.
