bumping for you.....

I never used them as I tended to have my twins in the buggy with DD walking beside but I'm sure there are many on here who have and who would swear by them.

It will completely depend on what your children are like. They may hold your hand happily and not stray far from you or they might run in every direction.

They would be useful when you are trying to get one in the car without losing the other one.

Do you mean the ones where the children are attach together or separate sets?
I used separate reins for my twins (now 3.6) which was great for stopping them running off BUT when they got a bit older they thought it was great fun to swing on them or chase each other around my legs, turning outings into a bit of a comedy moment . That said they were actually quite happy to wear them and most of the time I held their hands with the reins over my wrist.

hi,
i mean the ones with a belt and two single reins (looks like two leads really!) apparantly they dont get tangled up either.

i think they are about £25 pounds.

i already have 2 single ones but sometimes they both like to just hang from them!....soon i will have arms like popeye! ha

oh...as soon as i let them out of the buggy they toddle off in different directions too!

I have a set you can have for £10 if you like. My DTs don't need them. They are happy holding my hand. (burgundy and navy)

Hi probably a bit late and you've got them already but I found those wrist strap things really useful for my twins. It just gave me peace of mind so I could go for a walk knowing that if one decided to play up they couldn't go far! Once they were about 2.8 or so we didn't need them anymore as they were trustworthy enough. I found the wrist straps better than reins as less hassle to put on and not so much to get twisted. Also my boys were quite big and the reins didn't fit for long enough.

hi,
thanks for that!
ive got the ordinary reins and 2 wrist straps too....although my boys are still at the stage of falling over when outside so i think that the reins will be better - i can hoist them up quickly!!

thanks, dolly x
