Zygosity testing--did you have it done?

We have DCDA girls who are nearly a year old, and although we've been operating on the assumption that they are non-identical, I've been second-guessing myself lately as they're looking more and more similar. The other day, I looked one directly in the face and thought she was her sister... Blush They have the same hair colour, same eye colour, same teeth eruption pattern, they're the same height, same blood type, and at their one year review they weighed in at 19lbs8oz and 19lbs6oz--just 2 oz difference between them. From behind, I can't tell them apart anymore.

Looking directly at them together (and 99% of the time individually) I have no trouble telling who is who... but strangers and family all think they look identical.

What do you think? Is it worth having a zygosity test done?

I've had both sets of mine tested ... Was told non identical
For both but the girls were indeed identical and the boys non identical. We got the boys tested for health reasons as one was poorly.

Mine have the same teeth eruption pattern, have never been more than 6oz apart in weight, they have also been a very close in length and were both 86cm the last time I measured them.

Mine are completely different looking though and most definitely fraternal. So no need to test mine.

I think it would be worth it. Mine are only 2 weeks old but having the same thoughts. To me they look different but if I look at photos it is hard to tell!
