It's just a phase, it will get better. When, I don't know but it will. Are they your only 2 ? Are you doing the whole sleep when they sleep thing. I used to camp out on the sofa in the day, sleep In between feeds and watch crappy daytime tv. It hit me hard when my 2 had growth spurts teething etc. it's bloody knackering. Sorry no advice but it will get easier. Good luck
There always seems to be a sleep regression, growth/developmental spurt, teething etc! Seriously though, it's hard when you're in the middle of one with two babies but they generally don't go on for too many days. Just do whatever you can to eat through it! Mine are 11 months and still wake up to feed, some nights more than others but they're generally pretty happy in the daytime so can't complain too much - until I go back to work when it may be a struggle.
My girls have gone from being good little sleepers who went through the night at 12 weeks to a total nightmare! They're fussy in the day and wake up all the time at night, fussy and starving from about 3am onwards. What on earth has happened, and how long will it last? They've been doing well on a loose Gina routine up to this point, but that just feels like a pipe dream now!
